Calathea IP Clinic came to life as a result of all the experience I have gathered in my corporate experience. I worked for four major companies in various departments from patents to brand protection and ultimately to project managing intellectual property.
In all these years, I have witnessed all downsides of unprotected or neglected importance of securing intellectual property assets. Sometimes from lack of funds or lack of right team to oversee the processes.
While a creator or a company can generate infinite intellectual creations, developing a protection or monetisation strategy requires serious financial and human resources.
It has crushed my heartbeat looking at creators, companies (small or medium) leaving this part of their business to the extent where it gets too late or too expensive so I have decided together with my team to start a clinic which will advise freely on intellectual property strategy and branding.
